Over my career, I have achieved a wide range of experience leading teams and projects from initial conception to delivery. One notable highlight is my manager role for the TikTok account at Eastern Washington University.
Campaign: Launching Eastern Washington University TikTok
Throughout 2023, I acted as the team lead at Eastern Washington University in developing, crafting and launching an official TikTok account for the school. This project collaborates with the Enrollment Services department and the 8-12 students on the Student Communications Team. TikTok is the ideal platform to target a younger audience, and I designed this account to be mainly student-led, with the student team independently producing 50% of the content. I work with the student team to develop ideas and guide them through production. All videos are approved and posted through my office. As the manager on this project, the growth and impact achieved by the team has been extremely rewarding.
