Written Communications

Writing is my first love. Nearly every element of marketing involves crafting an effective message through words. Throughout my career, I have written a large variety of promotional and informational pieces including newsletters, social media reports, magazine articles, press releases, and website stories.

Campaign 2: Social Media Guide

At the Community Colleges of Spokane, I developed, wrote and collaborated with the graphic design team to create a social media guide for the community. The guide is designed to help campus partners decide if pursuing a social media account is the right move for their department.

The guide includes resources such as:

 

  • brand identity information

  • best practices for social media platforms

  • how to effectively create a social media strategy

  • tips & tricks for effective social media usage

  • a guide to craft and post content

  • frequently asked questions
